Shipping

All shipments received will process and ship within 24 hours* Mon-Friday 8:30-5:00 Central time. We do not process shipments on weekends or holidays. If you are needing express shipping please contact us for more information or a quote at 1-888-396-8676 Mon-Friday 8:30-5:00 central time.

Returns

Our Return policy is 30 days unless otherwise stated on the item listing itself. If 30 days has past since the receipt of your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all purchases that are returned withing the 30 days. Unless defective or grossly mis-described.

To be eligible for a return, "unless the item is defective" your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or grossly mis described.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer unless it is after the 30 days and you are sending it back for manufactures warranty and have talked to the manufacture.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)*
(1* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Automatic restocking fee of 50% or more depending on the issue.)
(2* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery. Automatic restocking fee of 50%. If the item is past 60 days of receipt a refund will not be given, and we will contact the buyer to have the item picked back up and shipped back to them.)

Refunds (if applicable)
If the return was approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of 10 days of the item being received back to us. If there is any issues we will contact you by email or by phone with further questions or information.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at compressorsource@gmail.com or by phone at 1-888-396-8676. Note all returns must have a valid tracking showing the item was delivered back to us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless item was defective or grossly mis-described.

You should always ship using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
