PURCHASED A PUMA PK-65 PUMP. AFTER VIEWING THE PUMA WEBSITE AND THE CS WEBSITE IT WAS DETERMINED THERE WAS A MAX RPM DISCREPANCY. I HAD ALREADY ORDERED A 3.5 INCH PULLEY, BUT IT WAS DETERMINED AFTER DISCUSSION, I NEEDED A 4 INCH. COMPRESSOR SOURCE ACKNOWLEDGED THE ERROR AND I WAS ABLE TO SEND THE WRONG ADVISED PULLEY BACK FREE OF CHARGE AND GET THE CORRECT ONE. SHIPPING WAS VERY VERY FAST AND APPRECIATIVE. THESE FOLKS ARE GREAT, BUT,I CANT SAY THE SAME FOR THE PUMP. THE WEBSITE SAYS 14-22 SCFM BUT I ONLY GOT 13.8 AT 90PSI USING THE WEBSITE CALCULATOR. I WAS HOPING FOR A BIT MORE, BUT I WILL DEAL WITH IT. I WISH I HAD WENT A DIFFERENT ROUTE ON THAT. BUT, WITH THAT BEING SAID, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SECOND TO NONE AND I WOULD GLADLY BUY FROM THESE FOLKS AGAIN.
My first purchase trough Compressor Source and it was extremely good. Purchased a pulley that was made for a larger belt size than I had, but would work. I sent the store an email and asked if there was a pulley the same size for smaller belt width. They sent me back a message with the correct pulley, a link to it and a return label to ship the one I had back. Received new order by FedEx in a couple days, and refund shortly there after.

Impeccable customer service!! Long story short i found this company online and ordered a compressor motor and shipped to Wisconsin. There was an issue with the motor that was sent (no fault of compressor source or mine) The problem was resolved by Bobby in a single phone call of 5 min or less. This place is an example of what customer service should be !
Wow! What amazing customer service by Compressor-Source. I’d all but given up on my old compressor and they were quick to find a check valve and pressure switch replacements. Excellent customer service! I ordered a wrong part, so I called the 800 number, and someone answered (amazing I know) and within seconds he had my order pulled up, recommended the correct part, and had it in the mail the same day with a return label for the wrong one. Going to keep these guys on file for sure.
The shop compressor was making noise and getting progressively louder. Quick search online and found Compressor Source. I found the Compressor Source on Google while searching for an obscure part for a compressor that I'm rebuilding. Brian (I think) helped me identify the correct part for a Kobalt brand compressor at half the price from a reseller on eBay!
The part came a day earlier than promised and installed easily. The compressor now holds the proper PSI and will work great for my tools.
