Tsunami 1/4" Air Moisture Water Separator w/ Float Drain 20 Series 21999-0390
Tsunami 1/4" NPT Air Moisture Water Separator with Float Drain, 20 Series 21999-0390
The Tsunami 20 Series water separator removes bulk water, oil, and particulate down to 10 micron from compressed air lines flowing up to 20 CFM — the right size for a single air-tool drop, a small paint station, or a bench-top application. Air accelerates through an inner tube, reverses direction, and passes through orifice baffles and a stainless steel mesh element so liquid drops out of the air stream before it reaches your tool. The automatic float drain ejects collected liquid without any attention from the operator.
Built like an industrial tool, not a throwaway:
- Filter head machined from 6061 aircraft aluminum, anodized inside and out against corrosion
- 250 PSI maximum pressure, 175°F maximum temperature
- Automatic float drain standard; removable bottom cap for easy service
- Rebuildable with service kit 21999-0846 — no need to replace the housing
- Made in Monticello, Minnesota by ISO 9001:2015-certified Suburban Manufacturing
Install close to the point of use, as far from the compressor as practical — cooler air gives up its moisture, and the separator catches it before your equipment does.
