Tsunami 50/120/240 Series Oil Coalescing Filter Service Kit 21999-0202
This factory service kit restores full coalescing performance to Tsunami 50, 120, and 240 Series oil coalescing filters and the coalescing stage on Pure-10 Series regenerative air dryers. Tsunami recommends replacing the coalescing element every six months — a saturated element passes oil downstream and steals pressure from your tools. The 240 Series uses two filter tubes and requires two kits.
Kit contents:
- Coalescing element
- Baffle
- Adapter
- O-ring and lock nut
Installation takes minutes: depressurize, remove the bottom cap, swap the element, and reassemble — the service video and installation manual are on this page. Fits the 50 Series oil coalescing filter 21999-0131-Z-FD and the coalescing stage in Tsunami filtration packages #3, #4, and #6.
